1. Three parties:

• Service buyer (buyer)
• Service provider (seller)
• Website (facilitator)

2. How the website works:

• Seller and buyer both sign up. (for free – payable can be enabled by site owner)
• Both seller and buyer sign in to do routines. (view, search, post project, bid, PM, etc.)
• Buyer selects a buyer for his project, and the seller confirms.
• Buyer can choose the payment by two options: Deposit: Buyer sends **% of the agreed amount to the facilitator as deposit. (afterwards buyer directly pays the rest **% to the seller, immediately or upon the service begins. Escrow: Buyer sends 100% of agreed amount to the site in first place.
• The website sends contact information to both parties.
• When the service has been completed Deposit: If the service meets the requirements of the buyer both parties sign in and write a review. If the service is not delivered according the buyer requirements, **% of the deposit will be refunded and the seller will be required to pay **% compensation.
  Escrow: If the service meets the requirements of the buyer the seller receives **% funds after deducting a fixed **% commission plus **% escrow fee. Both buyer and seller can log in and write a review. If the service is not delivered according to the buyer requirements, the site as arbitrator decides which percentage goes to both sides, **% commission charged on the buyer and **% escrow fee upon the seller.
• Incase of a conflict seller or buyer account will be suspended and the IP is not allowed to sign up under another name. Upon the compensation is made the account reactivates. If he failed to do in ** months, the account will be deleted and the IP blocked permanently.

8. Post project

• Buyers have the option of posting their project in one category.
• Set the price or leave the price open for sellers bidding.

9. Information monitoring and filtering

• All information generated by users, including account sign-up will be monitored before published.
• The site can shift among a few modes; all information to be monitored, partial monitored and none to be monitored.
• Alert tool to highlight and lock information containing certain keywords. (the keyword database is editable).
• Suspicious sellers / buyers can be warned.

10. Automated email system

• Newsletter system, admin can choose to send the mailing to sellers or buyers only or to both.
• Keep both seller and buyer informed of their on going projects by automatically send mailings.
• Buyers can be notified when a new seller registers of their choice set with a few terms.
• Sellers can be notified when there comes new projects.
• Buyers can be notified when there comes new response to their posts.
• Filtering banned users IP.

11. Flexible commission rates and all fees settings

• Admin can easily edit commission rates and the other fees.
• When the agreed amount of a project is less then €**, all fees will be fixed to a flat amount.

12. Payment options

• Different payment gateways like Paypall, Ideal, Western Union can be integrated.

13. Buyer / seller rating & review

• Only buyers with finished project(s) and their awarded sellers have the option to write a review.
